Dr. DavID Crippen's dental journey
Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Crippen had a love for biology of not just humans, but animals too! This led him to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Washington. Upon completion of his undergraduate education, his passion for dentistry took hold, so he relocated to San Francisco to attend dental school at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry.

Meet Amelia & Alyse... Mom's note to us
Why We Chose Dr. Crippen
We appreciate Dr. Crippen and his staff so much! Both Amelia and Alyse have been going to Dr. Crippen for a few years now, getting routine cleanings and checkups, and luckily neither of them have had any major teeth issues. Here’s a few highlights that keep us coming back:
- We can trust Dr. Crippen. We never feel like he’s doing unnecessary work. Both our girls have had good teeth in general, and along with cleaning advice, Dr. Crippen has never suggested anything but positive encouragement.
- The staff is so caring. They try hard to make sure the parents are comfortable, as well as the kids.
- Our daughters favorite things: the games and videogames available to play. Getting to watch a movie while they lounge back in the dental chair, and getting a balloon and picking a prize at the end of their visit!
